so i did it my self and thought i'd show you the one i made.

thrift finds!

hello all!
today i'm going to show you some of my favorite thrift finds!
i got this idea from kaylah from the dainty squid!

                      1: this little vintage suitcase that i 
                         adore. it's perfect for all my yarn!


                        2: this vintage owl lamp is it y'all. 
                            i found it at a little thrift store 
                             in Georgia for 4 BUCKS! yes! i was 
                              over joyed for sure! but there is 
                              a catch. when we got home i plugged 
                              it in and it blew all our fewses in 
                               our upstairs. haha. but all is  
                               well now and i love it!
                                
                               3: this afghan is lovely! i love 
                                all the colors and everything!

outfit post / mushrooms & red lips

hi dears!

this is my fantasticallywonderfulterifficstupendous mushroom dress.

like most everything this dress has a story.

when we were in new orleans me and mamma were walking around and went into this biker chic kind of store that had GREAT retro dresses so we went in and i tried on a few of the dresses... well obviously since i'm kinda obsessed with mushrooms this dress was perfect so i got it and my mom asked the guy at the counter what brand it was and he said the brand usually made stripper clothes.. yes i know i know.. thats odd but this dress is spectacular and now it has a story which makes it more spectacular!

                                 the decemberists are the loveliest.

         in april me hailey and jaydinn are all going to iron and wine at the alabama theater! their wonderful. it's going to be perfect.

well it is spring isn't it!
sorry for the absence around here and since i have a but load of followers i should keep blogging! i need to get better at blogging! because i'm not dead inside.. i do make things and dress fun! i'm just not good at documenting it but i will be someday theres still time! anyway my family is in Georgia right now for spring break so i haven't been able to blog much!  i hope your spring break has been the loveliest! off to read the hunger games now! ( day of the premiere.. i know classy)

a tribute to my beard

so i don't know if you know this about me but i love beards. i love them. i know. thats weird. but thats ok.

well i found this wonderful treasure in new orleans. i found an inflatable beard!!!!! yes inflatable. it's wonderful.

hey there dears!

so i just wanted to say thank you a whole bunch to jaydinn 

and hailey for doing wonderful guest post while i was on my trip!

and what a trip it was! my goodness. well i am very busy this week with school and such but i will hopefully be posting something every day next week. (spring break!!) i found some really fun treasures in NOLA and hopefully will be posting an outfit post of one of them!! i have some fun things planned.

Kat Von D was my idol, and i decided i was going to try to dress like her once, and it didn't quite work out :)

I could just go on forever, and ever, and ever, but i'll keep it somewhat short.
The thing i love about tattoos is the colour,

and i really don't understand why people DON'T like tattoos.
