yesterday i went to iron and wine with Hailey and our lovely friend mollie! it was stupendous and i can't stop talking about it!!

today is tavi gevinson's 16 birthday!
she is fantastically inspiring to me.
i just discovered tavi a few months ago and was taken away by her style and her outtake on the world.
she started going to fashion week when she was only 13, and now has a online magazine called Rookie. so once again i say HAPPY BIRTHDAY OH INSPIRING ONE!

9. go to NYC for the macy's day parade.
10. learn to play an avett brothers song on the banjo.
11. live in brooklyn NY with my bearded husband.
12. see bon iver LIVE!
13. go to the  red velvet shop.
14. make an album.
15. have a massive vinyl collection.
16. HAVE PURPLE HAIR!
17. knit a bow tie.
18. make my own honey.
19. start an etsy.
20. work at a bakery.
21. drive a station wagon.
22. meet mae whitman.
23. travel around the world in a whenabego.
24. get a tattoo.

as some of you may know i go to a very small school.
theres only 6 people in my class.. and most of us are like siblings. so most of the time when I wear a fun vintage looking outfit i will get some kind of funny criticism. today's was:

                                           fleet foxes are loverly. i love their new CD.
                                                                               
i love wilco. you could say i'm a fanatic. i saw them in nashville and i'm seeing them again in may because them coming to birmingham!! 

OH! and fleet foxes and wilco toured together a few moons ago.. i didn't know that till a few months ago.. but i think it's lovely.

wanted to be british..

p.s. when I went walking I found out that someone is building a picnic shop. yes a picnic shop how spectacular is that? i will tell you more soon!

a few weeks ago we went to see dr. dog and the givers opened up for them. and my goodness i love them oh so much. i bought their vinyl and fell in love.
